"Make Them Work For You:" Diane Rubin Presents at REBA Spring Conference

Diane Rubin presented at the Real Estate Bar Association’s 2017 Spring Conference, discussing best practices for dispute resolution clauses.  Her talk, which she gave with renowned mediator and fellow REBA Dispute Resolution panel member Joel M. Reck, was entitled “Make Them Work for You: Dispute Resolution Causes & Your Practice.”  This discussion outlined the practical skills necessary for dealing with mediation, arbitration, and stepped decision-making structures.
