The New Solar – What Do You Want to See in the Post 400 MW World?

As many of you are aware, and were in attendance, the Department
of Energy Resources (DOER) held a stakeholder meeting on Friday March
22, 2013 to discuss options for what solar incentives will look like in
Massachusetts once the 400 MW cap is reached.

DOER ran the meeting by walking through a presentation in
which they reviewed some general observations about the existing Solar
Carve-Out and market outcomes.  DOER then reflected on some of their
policy objectives in trying to develop a program that will help bridge
solar into the existing RPS Class I, while continuing the surge of
growth across the various sectors here in the Commonwealth.
